Michael Fanning has been with Seattle-based Windermere Real Estate for the past 18 years and is responsible for business development in Northern California, Hawaii, and Western Washington. His responsibilities include expanding the network of Windermere offices and consulting with owners to develop recruitment and longevity programs, while incorporating a strong understanding of the technical side of the tools Windermere provides its affiliates. Michael has also been instrumental in the growth and development of many of the technology tools offered to Windermere agents today. Michael combines his passions for education and technology to teach others how to think outside the box and achieve their goals. He is a certified Ninja Installation instructor for Windermere Education and has spent more than 15,000 hours training Windermere agents and owners throughout the company’s 10-state network.
